Restaurant did a nice job with outdoor dining. Waiter was very nice but didn't follow requests. We asked for my wife's fish to have no pepper or lemon, but it came with both. The restaurant did re-cook. My sauce was supposed to be fra diavolo but was just tomato sauce. The buraratta special was excellent and as represented. Wine list pretty average. Ambience nice.
It was Mother’s Day and we took our mom to eat. Everything was great.
Great service! Arrived on time and had to wait 5 minutes … expected that since it was raining and Mother’s Day!
The restaurant was exceptional, service and food were perfect. Waiter always checked on us, water was always refilled when needed. The experience was great!
Birthday was perfect
Prices have gone up, but that’s becoming the norm following covid hell; happy to support a locally owned small business providing ample options to dine safely and enjoy top-notch Italian. Everything was prepared from scratch with care and the flavors were jumping off the plate. Service was attentive and professional, and the outdoor dining area was decorated with beautiful lights and plants. Well-spaced. There is also an “indoor-outdoor” space with heaters (door open for airflow).
Everything about this place is great. I went for a date and it was the perfect setting for us. I will definitely come back.
Nice lunch. Pizza with Prosciutto was very good with a slightly carbonized crust that was very flavorful. Branzino al Limone - well prepared and served with very good masked potatoes.
I’ve been here with friends and family and we all love the food. Everything is delicious and the servers are very attentive. I’ve always enjoyed my meals here! My favorite thing to order is the Pappardelle ai Funghi Selvatici (wild mushroom ribbon pasta with truffle butter sauce) and the octopus!!!!! Anything with burrata I love, as well :) I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. I don’t live in astoria but I always love coming here to stop by the restaurant!!!
