Victor was awesome. He explained the process step by step. He gave me a few options, explaining how each one would work. He made me aware of where I was in the process along the way. The communication was key for me.

Victor was AMAZING! Extremely patient with my mom in explaining the process and ensuring she submitted the correct documentation for the pre-approval and once we opened escrow. Thanks to Victor, my mom is now in a comfortable 55+ community where she doesn’t have worry about renting anymore! In addition her mortgage and HOA payment combined is only $120 more than what she paid for monthly rent in the exact same 55+ community.
