Victor was AMAZING! Extremely patient with my mom in explaining the process and ensuring she submitted the correct documentation for the pre-approval and once we opened escrow. Thanks to Victor, my mom is now in a comfortable 55+ community where she doesn’t have worry about renting anymore! In addition her mortgage and HOA payment combined is only $120 more than what she paid for monthly rent in the exact same 55+ community.
