I love the dress. It looks terrific for the event I ordered it for. Unfortunately, it is impossible to get in and out of without assistance. I am currently having it altered to address this issue. My efforts to contact customer service have so far met with no response. Once the dress is altered it will be perfect, but I have had to do this entirely on my own. However

I bought several dresses in past years and very satisfied. Good quality and beautiful craftsmanship. I always get so many compliments when I’m wearing them. I would buy way more if it would be cheaper
