They were a bit difficult to reach at first due to website issues. But they responded right away on second email.

I purchased a spectacular Edwardian-style two-piece suit, but unfortunately, it was too large and had to be returned. When I requested a return authorization, I promptly received clear and helpful instructions, making the process seamless. I then reordered the same outfit in a smaller size, which arrived on time and fit beautifully! I am very pleased with both the quality of the outfit and the excellent customer service.

I have already purchased the olive green and white version of this skirt and I am very happy with it, and just purchased the all black. I know they decide on colors based on how sales go and accuracy. Just in case they are open to suggestions: please consider making this skirt in more fun daytime color like pink and white, sky blue or powder blue and white!
