ALL of these 4 and 5 star comments seem to be written by the exact same person!! All except the 1 star review, which states that the picture and product are not the same, shipping is horrible, customer service sucks. Too bad..... I would really love to own a few of these dresses.

Ordered a dress a week ago. Hasn't shown up. Website says payment is pending, but I have a receipt for payment via paypal. Does that mean VC hasn't even sent it? Wish they had a phone number. I have sent an email, but I have gotten no reply. I sent a FB message this afternoon but have yet to hear back. I need this for next week. I was hoping to get it early enough to try on and, if necessary, order a different size. Now I'm just begging I get it in time for the event. Terrible service , wont reply back to you when you have concerns about the product or shipping the clothes aren't like What's in the pictures that they are selling and takes way to long to arrive totally not worth the money or the time !!!!
Terrible customer service! I've been trying to get a return authorization for almost 14 days now with no response from Victorian Choice. The 14day timeframe is running out and I am getting very concerned!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been trying to get a hold of someone for a measurement that was not listed and I can't get anyone to respond in days! I submitted an inquiry on their website, asked on their Facebook, and messaged them privately on here with absolutely no response on to anything! For the cost, it would be nice if you had customer support so people don't have to just order things and hope for the best on fit.
I love the dress I got from here several years ago. It's one of my favorite pieces. I just wish they had more plus size options (especially for those of us with larger chests). The shirt the came with my outfit was basically a joke since it was so small.
Nice styles and colors however the quality is Halloween costume quality. The fabric is very, very, thin. Zippers never work properly either. Whivh is a shame. I would buy more of these dresses if they were prices fairly for their quality. $200 is outrageously high for a dress with low quality fabric and materials. Shame :/
