I am trying to do a return- I've used email, Instagram, Facebook, even a phone call, and no one has contacted me. Customer service is definitely lacking, and seems to be a continued issue with this company.
I cannot get them to contact me regarding a return. It’s very frustrating because there is only a 14 day return period and you must have a return authorization code but in order to get one I need somebody to respond to my many texts and FB messages.
I am unable to contact them about a return. I have tried email, messenger and calling the number I found online. they have a short return window and is like they ignore you so you can't return the item.
Posting about a spell caster is very strange to me because I never believed it until i was helped by a spell caster in bringing back my husband after 3 years of no contact. I read about (Dr oboze) from different websites and you-tube on how he have been helping people so i contacted him to help me and he agree after few questions he asked me and he told me his going to prepare a spell which he did for me. EDIT: I will say, that their customer service handled the issue very well and made the return very simple. This is really disappointing to have to write, but I had a really poor experience with this seller. I ordered a garment that was advertised as white and 100% cotton. The total cost was around $200 and it arrived a cheap, thin, 100% polyester, unfinished (there is no closure for the sleeves), beige (except for the unfinished cuts which are WHITE) disappointment.
