The only feedback I really have for you is that I truly was second-guessing many times about the size chart. I am usually between a large and an extra large and roughly about a size 14 in most things. With your sizing chart I had to go up to a two XL, which makes me very nervous since we're pretty close to Halloween when I will need the costume. You need have a return policy stated somewhere easily accessible to you buyers. I cannot find one to return an item that is too small despite my body fitting in the middle of the sizing parameters. Some overlays are directly over the images and I cannot see details on dresses due to that. Other than that th dresses are a decent quality. I've bought 4 from you over6 years.
Site keeps dropping my password and user name so that I can have easier checkout and accrue points
I had to order from my laptop. In the past I have been able to order from my mobile device. There were issues with the platform. You cannot enter the exp date of the card correctly, which pushes an error message- this needs to be fixed.
Was looking for a Halloween costume and found this jacket dress that I liked. Kind of sad I missed the 15% off that happened. I am hoping that this dress turns out great so that I can wear it for other events and not just for Halloween.
I think you should offer regular less expensive shipping as the shipping costs as much as the item.
