Had to pay through Paypal. Credit card wouldnt take. Only frustration.
The shop this look did not work, and there was a dress I n the home page I was interested in that did not exist on the site.
They didn’t have my size sadly.
Items are too small. I wear a US size 2X. I ordered a size 3X and I can't button the jacket. I didn't bother to try on the skirt. I'm keeping product because your 14 day return policy and return code authorization will not allow me time to ship back to your company. Your company's business practices are too rigid. Most companies give a 30 day to 60 day return policy.
I wish the layout looked a bit more modern as the user interface seems very basic and outdated. Also when I went to check out, I checked the box to create an account with my purchase, but it wouldn't go through because it said 'complete the captcha' which there was nothing to be completed. I then didn't realize the box got unchecked to create an account and I was able to process my order.
I usually don't have a problem with your website, but today the captcha was a real bother. I couldn't get my order through for 4 tries....and I was locked out for a few minutes. Paying today was just the problem, but I like your website and have bought all my Victorian dress from you.
I have. an account and. shopped in the past but every time I try to login it says my account can not be found hmm
Very user-friendly and found exactly what I was looking for in minutes
Very disappointed that you do not offer a customer service phone number and your return policy is not clear and vague. This will be the last order for me as I had important questions and no one to speak with.
