All employees that i dealt with were pleasant. But Victory Home Remoldeling unable to place gutters on my whole house. So I told the Gutters inspector I was cancelling contract. I told the inspector before he left i wanted a signed document that it was cancelled. He stated he needed to make a call then told my partner it was cancelled & left before supplying with a signed cancellation.
