I just had a salesman from this company replace my roof. Not going into to much detail, but for the price they have quoted, I can buy a decent condo in ************* or redo the kitchen and 3 bathrooms and probably will still have some money left over for a nice 10 days European cruise. I was promised an "itemized" proposal.. What I had, it was just hand written notes from our conversation. No business card, no brochure..Nothing. Feels like a scam.

Business response:

Thanks for the feedback and appreciate the concerns. We can certainly give you a hand written quote if none was left for you. We pride ourselves on value and are always conscience of our pricing. Please call our office at ************ and we can get you everything you need.

My husband and I live in a retirement community and are looking for a company to replace four front windows. I went on line to sign up for quotes. Victory home improvements called us and set up a time to give us a quote-between 9 am and 10 am. They texted my husband to say that they would be late and would not arrive until the hours of *****. They did come but would NOT give my husband a quote unless I was at the house. Victory wanted my husband to call me to see if I could come home. I did stay home this morning but left th... read more

Sleazy solicitors. We are on our township's Do Not Knock registry, and have a No Soliciting sign on the door, which the salesperson acknowledged seeing and ignoring, but they continue to wake us up on the weekend. We will be filing a claim with the township as soon as practicable.

Business response:

Thank you for the feedback. I will pass this along to our team and make sure this doesnt happen again. We take necessary steps in getting permitted in each town. A no solicitor sign shouldve let our reps know to not knock. If you need further assistance please call us at **************

I am writing my 100% honest truthful review nothing made up or fabricated and if my review can help at least one homeowner, I would assume that my review really made a difference. Guys, if you can stay 100 miles away from this company, you are saving a ton of money and time. Don't even allow their salesman into your property. They will never leave your property and you are stuck with their worthless salesperson whole day and waste of your day and your time. Their business practice is very deceptive and contracts are drafted ... read more

0 stars if it were possible!!!The company has too many employees in different locations using different phone numbers HARASSING people to get business. I have been contacted too many times to count even after telling the people on the phone I am not interested. If I block one number, another number will call. There is no escaping them once they have your information. I would NEVER do business with a company that does this to people. Shame on you!

In December, we had a rep come to our home for a siding estimate. The guy inspected the perimeter of the house and found every single thing wrong that is normal on a 30 yr old house. He came inside and before he started I said that I don't want a high pressure sales pitch and want 1 number for the estimate. He went on and on for more than an hour. I kept saying I don't like when contractors do that. He proceeded to give me a giant price if I signed today for 90k with a fake facade and 83k for just siding instead. He then gav... read more

My mother, of ******************, **, recently signed a contract with Victory. The work to be done involves replacing the siding on her house, for the amount of $41460.46. According to the conditions the company has stated for starting the work, the homeowner needs to provide proof of ability to pay or secure financing before commencement. It is my understanding that a bank statement showing a balance of approximately twice the contracted amount is necessary as proof. The first time the project manager visited, on December 4... read more

My Mother In Law responded to a ******** post advertising discounts for county residents to have a roof replaced. She received a prompt response from Victory and made an appointment to get an estimate. Being recently widowed she asked me to be there for the appointment. Two men showed up, strangely in separate vehicles, to complete the inspection and estimate. I met them outside and asked them to explain the ******** discount post for county residents. They had no idea what I was talking about so immediately I'm suspicious. ... read more

Business response:

Our sincerest condolences on the recent loss. We really appreciate this feedback. We will certainly talk to the reps who were on this appointment and take the appropriate actions. We will also remove your mother in law from any future contact.

The person that knocked on our door was very pleasant, we agreed to have them give us an estimate. We were told that it would take about an hour when they called to confirm the visit. The salesperson was in our home for over 3 hours. We were given an initial estimate for over 90k for siding and windows for a **** square foot home. Then the amount came down to 70k, and the more we insisted that we were not ready to make a decision the amount kept coming down. Finally we told him we were absolutely not making a decision right ... read more

Business response:

We will make sure to remove you from any further communications and apologize for the experience you have. We will be reviewing this appointment and speaking to ******* who was in the home. This is not a reflection or our company or our core values. Thank you for the feedback.
