The sales team is very detailed and they explain that there are multiple teams that make up victory, and each do their own sections. They claim to have a "white glove" service that would ensure that all materials were cleaned up hourly, using a device that attracts nails, knowing that we had a new puppy that needed to be walked often. Total Transparency is an understatement. No hidden surprises. From the initial start, they were open and precise on window options, pricing, financing, scheduling, warranty and installation. Victory was checking with us for every step of the process. Made the process so smooth, would use them again for future projects.
