The minute I stepped through the doors at VIK Emergency Center I was treated like royalty. They are so kind, caring and gentle here. The woman at the desk greeted me as if I was an old friend. The nurse who had just moved to TX from CT was just fabulous and very thorough. The X-ray guy was hilarious and did everything he could to get me to hold still. Dr. Hoe was as calm and nice as he has always been. I know I’m in good hands when I see his kind face.

I got right in, they took some history on me and they ran strep, influenza and Covid tests on me. The doctor called me on Wednesday to see how I was feeling. I thought that was a nice touch.
