A few days ago, I took my son, who was suffering from stomach flu, to VIK Complete Care in the late evening. Unlike many other urgent cares, they didn't require us to fill out a lot of paperwork or make us wait for hours. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, was extremely knowledgeable, caring, kind, and professional. I came in due to having blood in my urine. The staff was very comforting during a time when I had obvious concern. They quickly took care of me, gave me blood work and a CT scan. They were able to diagnose a kidney stone, prescribe prophylactic pain medication and make a referral all within about 90 minutes. I give them an A+!
