My son came in with a nasty injury form a bike wreck on a mountain bike trial. The staff was amazing. they kept him calm and comfortable while they patched him up!

Y'all. Who can ever say that visiting urgent care/the ER is a positive experience? I can. From the moment I walked in, to the follow-up after I left, the service I received at this facility was TOP-NOTCH. Everyone was SO nice, kind, and helpful. The nurse at the front was friendly and got me in ASAP, the intake nurse was just lovely, and the doctor was kind and professional. I will absolutely return if/when needed and highly recommend!

I brought my daughter in for what seemed like a virus and it turned out to be much more serious. The staff were quick to respond and Michelle, RN had an amazing bedside manner. When my daughter arrived at Dell Children's the physicians made mention of how impressed they were with VIK Complete Care’s promptness in starting the correct IV antibiotics and the tests performed while in their care. The entire staff is amazing. I ended up having to be transferred to have surgery but they did a complete work up, were so thorough and kind and knowledgeable.
