I brought my daughter in for what seemed like a virus and it turned out to be much more serious. The staff were quick to respond and Michelle, RN had an amazing bedside manner. When my daughter arrived at Dell Children's the physicians made mention of how impressed they were with VIK Complete Care’s promptness in starting the correct IV antibiotics and the tests performed while in their care. The entire staff is amazing. I ended up having to be transferred to have surgery but they did a complete work up, were so thorough and kind and knowledgeable.

I was blown away with the level of care we received at this urgent care. Every person we encountered was kind, compassionate and wonderful! We were in and out so quickly and they called to check in on us 2-3 times after our visit which was incredible. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!
