Daughter went there with chest pain they diagnosed her as an inflamed chest plate. The next morning had to be taken to the er where she had surgery to remove her gall bladder. Her bloodwork was off the charts. They should have done better.

Viks visit 11/4 and 11/5 I’ve used VIKS several times in the past from my own sickness during pregnancy to health issues with both my oldest and youngest daughters, including stitches and a seizure. I’ve always applauded the care received from our visits, as can be seen on a previous YELP post. Our visit and interaction with Daniel MacAlasdair, MD on (also the medical director) on 11/5/23 was not our typical experience. Took my daughter here for an earache/infection. My daughter said she was feeling like she had to vomit, the nurse held a vomit bag for her and wasn't paying attention and my daughter vomited all over herself. After the first vomit, the nurse continued to not pay attention and my daughter vomited on herself again. I asked for an anti-biotic, but they didnt have any liquid meds for kids. I asked for an e-script, but they're not capable of doing that either. Waste of time and money. You're better off going to BSW down the st... read more

Home test was positive for COVID. Went to the doctor- urgent care- this was my best experience ever. The entire staff was friendly, professional and very efficient. They did a test and once it was confirmed as positive the Doctor gave me a prescription. They faxed it to a 24 hour Walgreens and then the nurse called Walgreens to make sure that they had the medicine in stock.

Dr was very rude and impolite. Told me to reward my wrist after 24 hrs and did not provide enough wrap for one wrap. Did not really help my situation at all

Clinic not busy on Memorial Day, but charged ER rate since it was a holiday (twice the amount as Urgent Care) with exact same care. Got chest X-ray and two prescriptions but no improvement 24 hours later. Probably need nebulizer and feel more could have been done. Nurse ok; doctor dismissive and made me feel like I was a bother.

possible explain thar no medications are provided. I came in with a stress or tension headache and all I received was a bag of fluid. Oddly enough if they were curious as to fluids I had had a minimal of 144 oz. prior to treat ment!!!!
