Dr. Jill is the best, she is wonderful with our dogs. My dogs love her. She always explains everything in a way I can understand . The whole crew is great.

Village East is the best. They have been taking care of our dogs for years and we have never had a complaint. Dr. Jill and her team are the best.

I am been with Village East started with Dr. Smith then Dr. Melchor went thru Covid and had to put my 15-year-old to sleep Rollie was a special family member they made arrangements so I could be there so special Now I have another dog named Millie and the staff is wonderful I cannot remember the new Vets name sorry
Some on the front desk seemed to be pushed and not rude, but just not as cordial it seems in thei rushing about it seems.
Didn’t give our puppy the shot it needed for vaccines. Even though it was the reason for our appointment. We had scheduled this appointment months ahead of time to keep up with her vaccinations. (Gave her the rabies shot, but not the bordetella) We have to make another trip to get the shot we were originally scheduled for.
