We started going to Village East after a kitten we took in got a terrible respiratory infection. I woke up one morning and he could barely breathe and needed immediate attention. I called/headed straight there. The staff was very accommodating and kind; they made his treatment virtually stress free. We now get all wellness checks, flea collars, and vaccines for both our cats + new puppy there and highly recommend Village East to all pet owners! We especially love Dr. Miyakawa!
Today I had a pretty big emergency. My 24 year old cat looked to have had a stroke and then started seizing for an hour straight. I called my regular vet, but they had left for the day but referred me to another place, who then referred me to here. They made room for us immediately. It's a Friday afternoon and close to closing time, but they took us anyway.
