We started going to Village East after a kitten we took in got a terrible respiratory infection. I woke up one morning and he could barely breathe and needed immediate attention. I called/headed straight there. The staff was very accommodating and kind; they made his treatment virtually stress free. We now get all wellness checks, flea collars, and vaccines for both our cats + new puppy there and highly recommend Village East to all pet owners! We especially love Dr. Miyakawa!
Today I had a pretty big emergency. My 24 year old cat looked to have had a stroke and then started seizing for an hour straight. I called my regular vet, but they had left for the day but referred me to another place, who then referred me to here. They made room for us immediately. It's a Friday afternoon and close to closing time, but they took us anyway. We knew we had to put our baby down but they accommodated us so well, didn't care that we were there for over an hour saying goodbye and waiting for my boyfriend to ... read more

Dr. Jill Kemp is the best! You can tell she loves animals, and that's what I look for in a vet. I've also had positive experiences with Dr. Bill and the office staff. Thank you for taking such good care of Castiel.
