Great, hassle free experience! We actually went in to look at a used Honda Odyssey that would allow us to stay within budget. When we looked at the Odyssey we decided that particular van wasn't for us, and we were going to leave. However, Mohammad Rahman asked us what we were looking for, both in a vehicle and in finances. He and Jose helped us trade our CRV for a new Toyota Sienna, within budget! We really appreciated that they got straight to the bottom line instead of us wasting a lot of time dickering with them.
