Straight to the point, friendly atmosphere Justin was very helpful. I was already familiar with how things work for the most part and I wasn't interested in any extra insurance. He understood my mindset and was very informative with any questions I had.

Very Pleased Went to Bellevue first and wasn’t pleased so I tried Village Pointe. Was very happy with the customer service and felt the team respected and valued me as a potential customer. Good experience! My mother and I came in just to look around, as my brother had purchased a vehicle here a few months prior and had a positive experience. We test-drove a few vehicles and were able to take our time and consider things. Braxton was very helpful and accommodating! We left for lunch, and he called to let us know that one of the cars we were interested in had sold, but he had reviewed some other options and provided us with thorough info on those vehicles. Low pressure, enjoyable buying experience We were familiar with this dealer since we had purchased another vehicle here about 4 years ago.
