I've wanted to have this done for most of my life...I felt self conscious calling, and from my first phone conversation, I was put at ease and felt very respected. It’s a very nice atmosphere to walk into very warm and homey and everyone is absolutely caring!!
The results far exceeded my hopes! The surgery truly lifted my spirit as well as my face. Dr. Patel and his team were accessible, kind, and knowledgeable. They were honest and open about pros and cons. They received the many many questions I asked with understanding and warmth.
My nose still isn’t exactly what I wanted.
I interviewed 3 plastic surgeons. I was immediately comfortable with Dr. Patel. He understood what I wanted and did not try to "upsell" me. I was given a thorough explanation of the procedure and the financial piece.
Dr Patel is great. The gal that schedules you is VERY cool. Is my procedure not 'required', sure. But thats the business you are primarily in right? The nurse was a cool person as well. Not normal go to the doctor nurse behavior. Totally feel them looking down on you for cosmetic surgery. Which I had to force myself to go in the first place because my situation is not 'necessary' YET.
This was my first surgery and Dr. Patel definitely eased my nerves with thoroughly explaining the procedure, providing pre and post operative treatment instructions and supplies, and he and his staff were always very responsive to my questions and concerns.
Left feeling scared and uncertain but maybe that’s normal
Excellent doctor and staff. Always willing to answer questions and very personable.
I was vey impressed with Dr Patel. He's very genuinely friendly and kind. My first meeting with him caused me to choose him for my procedure.
