Comfortable with the process, good pre and post care instructions.
My visit to the office was very pleasant. The staff is very nice.
Dr Patel was very up front with me. He will tell you his professional opinion about your choices of surgery. I told him what I thought I wanted and he told me exactly how each procedure would work for me. That was so greatly appreciated. At the end of my consultation I was very comfortable with my choices based on Dr Patels professional advice.

Great bedside manner by Dr. Patel, The results of the surgery were what I was hoping for, and the relative painlessness of the surgery.
Dr Patel was great and kind. However - the scheduling nurse is not very friendly, and also the nurse that took my stitches out was not very friendly and in fact left three stitches in and I had to come back the next day after I discovered the mistake to get them removed.
