Thorough explanation of surgery & possibilities
Great bedside manner by Dr. Patel, The results of the surgery were what I was hoping for, and the relative painlessness of the surgery.
Dr Patel was great and kind. However - the scheduling nurse is not very friendly, and also the nurse that took my stitches out was not very friendly and in fact left three stitches in and I had to come back the next day after I discovered the mistake to get them removed.

The entire experience was great. I expected the worst, but through recommendations and consulting with Dr Patel - I knew I was in right place. I think a lot of people have the perception (me included) that you would end up with overstretched skin but that was not the case at all. It was perfect

The staff was extremely helpful with my treatments and surgery preparation. They were very thorough in their instruction and I felt completely prepared for my procedure. Dr. Patel has an excellent bedside manner. He's friendly, down-to-earth and has a great personality. He explained everything about my mini-facelift prior to my surgery in language that was easy to understand. He was very reassuring and realistic about the result I could expect.
