Dr. Patel is amazing, compassionate, caring and understanding. He is very thorough in explaining procedures. The staff is equally amazing!
From beginning to end (2-3 pre-op appointments, the surgery itself, and 3 post-op appointments), Dr.Patel and his team were thorough, attentive, and caring. His nurse practitioner even called the day before to review any final details and make sure I was ready to go for surgery. When I told Dr.Patel what I was looking to achieve through rhinoplasty, he explained what was feasible and was not. Dr. Patel was fantastic. He is patient and easy to talk to. He doesn't pressure you into decisions but merely provides the facts. Appointments were easy to make, pre-op and post-op were well documented and organized. Truly a very great experience all around. I would highly recommend them.
I felt that Dr. Patel really listened to me and my outcome although only 3 months has been such a natural procedure that some people don't even quite notice what is different but can tell something is different. It really suites my face and I had no discomfort at all during my healing process. I feel so much happier and more confident with myself it's been life changing for me.
Dr.Patel's staff walked me through what to expect at my surgery. All my prescriptions were called in and it all went very smooth. They made sure I had everything I needed for recovery and checked in on me when I was at home.
