I was the only patient there so I felt very safe from COVID. Dr. Patel was very genuine and laid back; it was easy to talk to him. The finance lady (Kerry, maybe?) was very easy to talk to as well. I wasn't intimidated by anyone and was able to openly talk about my concerns without feeling embarrassed.
I still have a little sagging under my chin. I haven't been in yet for a 3 month review.
