Dr. Patel is very nice and understands my expectations. He is also very professional.
Staff and Surgeon were very friendly and answered all questions.
Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel explained everything and answered all questions. He was completely honest and clearly detailed to me how he would perform the surgery. He gave me options that I felt comfortable with.
Dr. Patel was personable but almost seemed like he wanted to talk me out of my surgery. He won me over after we spoke and he answered more of my questions. His coordinator was so informative but if you misunderstood something she seemed abrasive, and overbearing to pass on the information. As to prove to you what you didn't know and how right she was. Even after understanding it. It felt overbearing and condescending.
It has been 2 and a half months since my eye surgery. It continues to improve. Dr. Patel is calm, listens, doesn't hurry you and does a good job!
