Dr. Patel and the staff were very helpful and friendly
Dr. Patel did not hurry me. I was given time to ask questions.
Dr. Patel was wonderful in explaining the procedure and what I needed to do after the procedure. He was very kind and sincere. He also reached out to my caregiver after surgery and offered his cell number should we have any concerns.
The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. As well Dr. Patel made me feel at ease immediately. He exudes confidence which is comforting to his patients. In reviewing his photos from previous patient surgeries it's obvious he is a highly skilled surgeon.
Everyone was extremely polite. They make you feel comfortable discussing the procedure and yourself. I felt that Dr. Patel knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel confident in his ability going into the surgery.

I had upper and lower eyelid surgery. Dr. Patel is double board certified. I first had the upper eyelid done and that went absolutely beautifully. I had this done because I had inherited from my mother drooping eye lids from my mother and I am in my late 50's other than that my face is fine. I had no problems and the recovery time went fast and I have no scars. I then decided to have the lower eyes done for the reason that my under eyes looked very dark and tired.
