Went to multiple places and Waconia Dodge was beyond welcoming!! Sean greeted us promptly and helped us find the perfect option in our budget! Not only was Sean beyond what we could of asked for with helping us finding the perfect fit, the WHOLE team was around to help and make sure all parts went quick and smooth!! Would highly recommend to anyone!

sales and finance departments were nothing but the bust for us. they both listened to our concerns, needs and wants. Chris was our salesman and he was very helpful when purchasing our truck! service department I haven't had to deal with and with any luck I won't have to with our truck.

Great experience getting our 2023 Grand Cherokee Limited Jeep! Noah Smith-Jolliffe was wonderful to work with. He was always available for questions and made the buying our new car easy. We had a tight time frame cause we were leaving for the winter in Florida. He made it all work! Thanks to all the Waconia staff including the maintenance department. We needed a trailer hitch installed to pull our motorcycle. Highly recommend!!

This is the second vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Waconia Dodge. The sales process and financing was made stress-free by everyone involved. Sean Decker was our salesman and was fun, knowledgeable, so personable, and made the whole day a good experience. He let us take as many test drives as we needed, went over all the features of the vehicle, offered to compare other vehicles in the inventory, showed me the service dept, the whole nine yards! It was the most fun I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. When we are ready for a purchase for my husband, we will be back!
