Services Dept. My daughters engine check light came on, called the service dept., got her in right away, they were great, in and out in no time.
Great people (Sean D.), great experience! I was seeking a new family vehicle and had something very specific in mind (Jeep Grand Cherokee with specific configurations that were important to me). Sean Decker was my sales associate. He did an excellent job taking time upfront to really understand what I was looking for, and made sure the experience overall was positive. The staff here contacted me through email, text, and phone when I had a question without sending a barrage of unwanted emails. Waconia's staff was easy to work with.
