I had an excellent experience at wacoina Dodge! If you want to be treated like family go see Greg Grillo! He is super easy to talk to! An he's not pushy like most sales people are, I loved that the most! Greg will answer any questions you throw at him an he'll answer them honestly. We had major problems with a vehicle purchased from Waconia Dodge Chrysler Jeep which the Manufacturer was aware of but just didn't seem motivated to fix. The dealership worked hard to rectify the problems but when that failed they helped us find a reliable and safe vehicle at a reasonable price.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Michael Poster went out of his way to make sure he found the exact Jeep I was looking for, and did a great job of keeping me up to date on the progress. He was just as excited as I was when he found the vehicle, he genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of and that I got exactly what I was looking for
This was the best car buying experience ever! Greg Grillo was great! He listened to what we wanted and worked very hard to get it. Phillip and I actually felt welcome there and not like I was there for him to receive commission but for a great experience. If I need another car it will be Greg Grillo helping me again at Waconia Dodge!
