My first contact at Waconia Dodge was Julio Sanchez. He did an excellent job for me. The biggest thing was I didn't feel pressured and he answered all my questions. Todd was also very helpful. Both made some excellent suggestions as far as a protective coating on the exterior and interior. The biggest thing for me was there were no surprises when we negotiating price. ***Fantastic Sales Experience!!*** Worked with Chris Weinberger in sales. He greeted us at the door and provided us a VERY unpressured, professional sales experience! I had a great experience at Waconia Dodge. I walked into the dealership to see what my options were after my mechanic told me I needed a new motor or to get a new car. I expected to end up with another vehicle that has some mileage and will need frequent repairs 1 or 2 years into the loan. Greg Grillo was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. Greg Grillo is by far the best Car Salesman around. He was beyond great. He was kind, humerous and a very genuine man. My husband got me a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I love it.
