Taking a tour of the facility was great. When we dropped the dogs off, we got a lot of questions that were already answered in our profiles. The drop off felt rushed, and we got there early enough to not be rushed. We were not allowed to take their toys and beds to the room to set them up, they had to be inventoried first. So the dogs were just taken back to the empty room. This was their first time boarding. It was our first time boarding our two pups, and we were very impressed with the personable staff, cleanliness of Paradise 4 Paws, and their success in helping our very shy, standoffish, Chihuahua makes some friends and have some fun during playtime! Having access to the webcams and seeing our pups vacation gave us peace of mind and helped with OUR separation anxiety.

Our dog stayed for a week and had a great time. It was comforting to see my little guy on the webcam and when I called very late in the evening because I noticed him acting a little odd, staff went right to him to check with no question. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
