Customer service was excellent, very thorough and incredibly helpful both on the phone to get things set up (ie, calling vet to verify vaccinations instead of me getting the documents) and when dropping her off.

I loved this place and so did my kitten! I can tell she was happy and didn’t wanna leave. The staff showed her so much love and made her feel welcomed! I would definitely recommend :)

We went on a long Europe trip, and were scared to leave our two dogs alone that long. We have tried Paradise 4 Paws in the past for a weekend trip and decided to leave the dogs with them. They were fantastic. We could see the animals during splash session, they sent us photos, and they looked exceptionally when they came out. I truly want to say thank you for Koda and Cloud.

This was our first experience with Paradise 4 Paws and everything was wonderful. Our 5 month puppy came back happy, healthy, and exited to see us. The check-in, check out, transfers to/from the airport, care instructions went without a hitch. The only issue we had was with getting the webcam working. Once we followed instructions we were able to check in our pup throughout his visit. We will absolutely be using this boarding service again.
