Friendly professional services Always a pleasure to bring my daughter here. Great staff and very friendly.
My child's first dental appointment My second daughter just had her first dental visit at Wake Pediatric Dentistry at three years old. I was very nervous because I didn't know how my daughter would react to this, etc. The staff was wonderful and understanding of my anxieties... They spoke to my daughter in a way that she understood and she felt at ease with them. I really love the way the staff and dentist was with my daughter. My daughter definitely developed a trust in them. She wasn't afraid and cooperated wonderfully.

Great experience!!! Dentist, hygienist and staff were very professional and were wonderful with my 4 year old child who is very fearful of the dentist.
So patient My daughter is prone to anxiety, and even though this is the only dentist she has ever been to, at 7 yrs old she still gets nervous. Usually we can talk about what to expect, but today was a last minute visit and we weren't sure what they were going to do, so when we ended up talking about pulling a baby tooth due to a forming infection, she got very anxious. High quality service always Everyone is very friendly and professional from the person at the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. My children have been coming here for almost 20 years.
My little girl loves the entire staff! If there is anyone meant to work with children ...... this is the group! They set the standards high! We drive an hour just to go there and it is more than worth the trip! I recommend them to all of my friends with small children! Great group of people!
great experience-- every time We have 4 kids and sometimes I feel like I am at the dentist all of the time. Dr Pretzer is always great- cheerful, calming and approachable. He makes an effort to explain to each child and teenager what is needed on their level. I always leave feeling like I have a clear understanding of what's going on with each child's teeth development. The office is beautiful and my youngest actually enjoys going to see and play all the things they have to distract you.
Excellent Customer Service I love how my kids are fit in quickly and efficiently for just routine work The staff are friendly and very helpful in their explanations of care. My children actually enjoy trips to the dentist. How many people can say that?!
