Great and fast service
Love this place The staff here is excellent and so friendly! They are wonderful with both of my kids- the oldest one has autism. They work so patiently with him so he feels safe and not afraid. They do the same with my daughter.
They understand children The staff and dentist explained everything they were going to do before they did it. My daughter was allowed to ask questions and see the tools and items to be used before getting started. The staff and dentists always let me ask questions and explain options with pros and cons. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else with my children!!
Clean, Professional, Great Experience. My son despises brushing and was SO hesitant and nervous at his first appointment. Although my son wasn't comfortable enough to get a cleaning in, we were able to brush, floss, and count teeth. The dentist and hygienist were patient and kind. Awesome!! Everyone was great - from the front desk, dental assistant, dentist, and check-out staff. My 2.5 yr old lived the touchscreen video games, and Dr. Rob was very thorough and helpful.
2nd Visit, Different Dr., Same GREAT Experience! This was our second visit to Wake Pediatric Dentistry and both visits have been extraordinary! We saw Dr. Rob the first time and Dr. Dave the second time-both were amazing with my boys. They took the time to visit, make my 2 year old feel comfortable, were very gentle and even took a little extra time to give my 1 year old a quick peek due to his aggressive thumb sucking. The staff is super friendly and the "goody bag" is always a plus...and my son loves it!
Great dental care for children! Our daughter was seen on the same day we requested an appointment because of an injury to the mouth that we were afraid could affect one of her permanent teeth.
Best Dentist/Ortho in Garner! We love the everyone here. They are all so friendly and nice, no reason for a kid to ever be afraid of the Dentist if they come here. My son has been going to the Garner location for 11 years and he is never nervous or scared. He has braces now and everyone on the Ortho side are just as wonderful! Highly recommend bringing your children here!
