Accommodating with a smile There was traffic on 540 so we were running late. I called and let them know. When we arrived the receptionist said Thank You!!! What? We were late!!! She said thank you for being considerate and concerned about other appointments. We were 10 minutes late and they didn't fuss at all. Wonderful!! Fantastic place to take your mini me's to get their teeth pretty and healthy. They are always on time, have friendly staff and exceptional doctors! Doctors and staff always take their time to explain everything and never rush you. My 7 year old loves going here!
Timely and do an excellent job with kids!! We were very early for the appointment however the kids were called to the back quickly. The appointment for both kids was smooth and quick. Dr. Travis is awesome!!
18 month old's first visit! I had been recommended here by Dr Coleman over at north Raleigh pediatrics as well as by some friends. My son sad Dr Dave for his first visit and it went wayyyyyyy better than I was expecting. You truly can tell that not only do these doctors have dental educations but also MUCH experience in dealing with small children and the psychology behind it. Highest quality dental care for the little ones! Dr. Dave is consistently wonderful with my little one. Ms. Ashley did a fabulous job calming my little one for the first cleaning. I could not be happier with this practice and appreciate the quality care they give their patients.
Professional and friendly The staff was very friendly and understanding. They were super responsive to my son's needs. The dentist spent time with me and my child explaining each step of the procedure. Wake Pediatric Denistry is awesome!!
Efficient, professional, and courteous service The staff at this practice are professional, courteous, and make kids feel comfortable in the work being done. I also appreciate the seamlessness between the dentist and orthodontist offices, so that my daughter can have teeth removed and spacers put on the same day with one appointment.
