I took my dog’s medicine up there that she has to take daily because she had to stay and they said they gave it to her. I counted the pills before I gave them to them and they did not give her any of her medicine. When I called, the Doctor said they didn’t want to give her any of her medicine because her stomach was too upset. Yet the lady that brought her up said that she gave it to her. Someone is lying.

Business response:

Than you so much for your feedback. We apologize for the miscommunication on the medication administration. Usually we have to give IV medications for pets that are experiencing GI upset and not oral medication as they may vomit it up before it took any effect. I do believe we administered medication IV and not the oral medication you brought in. Please feel free to call if you have any other questions or concerns.

I understand emergency veterinary clinics get busy. What I don’t understand is poor communication, lack of monitoring, and being treated with hostility. We brought our cat in for respiratory symptoms after being told on the phone to come immediately. No wait time was disclosed. He was triaged right away, so we reasonably believed care would follow. Instead, we waited over two and a half hours with no diagnostics, no reassessment, and no vitals rechecked. We were then moved back to the lobby and told it would be another 2–3... read more

Staff communicated & updated but final discharge was disappointing. Vet knew we were coming to pick our sweet Bo up to take to our vet for euthanasia. We arrived. Of course my husband & I were visually upset. We were asked to have a seat. Thought perhaps we would be put in a room but we were called up to finalize payment. Shortly after that a sweet vet tech brought Bo to the waiting room to us. No sight of the vet. $6900 ish later we leave for our long travels home to our local vets. Business is business but compassion is im... read more

Business response:

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the added distress during such a difficult time. While we’re glad our team communicated throughout Bo’s care, we deeply regret that your discharge didn’t reflect the compassion you deserved. Your feedback is important to us, and we will be reviewing this with our team to ensure better support for families during sensitive moments. Our hearts are with you and your family.

too much like a big corporation that does not have personal service especially from the vets.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback. Your input is important to us and we’ll work on improving the level of care and attention you deserve. We appreciate your support and are committed to making your future interactions with us better.

I went here and was there for 5 hours before I spoke to someone that told me they didn’t even run any bloodwork or anything on my cat in the five hours we sat there. My cat had a seizure type of event and was put in the back and not touched for 5 hours. Had I known nothing was being done I would have just left. I was there with my 3 year old and luckily he behaved but I will never go back.

If you have a Pit PLEASE DO NOT use this Vet service!!! Last night we brought our sweet Pit mix, Hera, to this veteran hospital after she was bitten by a copperhead in the face 4 times. Her face was unrecognizable. The tech assessed her then put her in a room by herself. They gave her and anti inflammatory shot and that was it. She was crying so loud we could hear her in the lobby. The tech came out and said she needed to be with us because they couldn’t get her to calm down. When she came out to the room in the lobby she w... read more

In May my asthmatic cat was prescribed an inhaler. I called to get a refill was told that it would be $150. I price checked and found it at Walmart for $25. I told them to call it in to the Walmart. They never did. The next day my cat was in distress and they still would NOT give me the inhaler. They were willing to refill it without him being seen when we were going to pay them for the prescription but when I chose a different pharmacy they said we have to see him first for another $100 and something ……….My cat almost died ... read more
