This is simple the BEST emergency care vet clinic I have EVER been to and I am a true animal fanatic! The entire staff was receptive, patient and caring. Dr Oldson ROCKS. I LOVE HER and so do Mr Kane my German Shepherd. I hate having to go to any emergency anything... but they were just like going to my normal vet whom I love. They did not make me wait, and Dr Olsdon got on the floor w/ me to treat my dog! and REALLY tried to find the best solution for my dog under the circumstances I cannot imagine better care. They ar... read more

too much like a big corporation that does not have personal service especially from the vets.

I went here and was there for 5 hours before I spoke to someone that told me they didn’t even run any bloodwork or anything on my cat in the five hours we sat there. My cat had a seizure type of event and was put in the back and not touched for 5 hours. Had I known nothing was being done I would have just left. I was there with my 3 year old and luckily he behaved but I will never go back.

If you have a Pit PLEASE DO NOT use this Vet service!!! Last night we brought our sweet Pit mix, Hera, to this veteran hospital after she was bitten by a copperhead in the face 4 times. Her face was unrecognizable. The tech assessed her then put her in a room by herself. They gave her and anti inflammatory shot and that was it. She was crying so loud we could hear her in the lobby. The tech came out and said she needed to be with us because they couldn’t get her to calm down. When she came out to the room in the lobby she w... read more

In May my asthmatic cat was prescribed an inhaler. I called to get a refill was told that it would be $150. I price checked and found it at Walmart for $25. I told them to call it in to the Walmart. They never did. The next day my cat was in distress and they still would NOT give me the inhaler. They were willing to refill it without him being seen when we were going to pay them for the prescription but when I chose a different pharmacy they said we have to see him first for another $100 and something ……….My cat almost died ... read more

If you have any other alternatives go someplace else. The wait here yesterday was 3 hours and I had to come back the following day and had to wait again 4 hours. I will be looking for something closer to home that can be more responsive.

My recent experience waiting for labs I paid for upfront and calling on the day (9/17) I was supposed to receive them getting no answers. Calling a 2nd time calling this evening (9/20) and having to deal with Katelyn, makes me never want to return. asking for something as simple as lab results that are owed to me and she refused to help. When I asked her name, didn't want to give her name, she was just on a complete power trip of some sort, no empathy for the reason the results were needed.

I’ve been a loyal client, my past two dogs, Rocky and River were put down there. One was 14 and the other was 4- he was a rescue and died of lymphoma. My nanny brought my dog in a week ago, she has arthritis and it was soley for pain, she saw Dr. Cooke. Her blood and x day results were good. Since then, she’s became lethargic, disoriented and has started throwing up and urinating on herself. Dr. Cooke didn’t diagnose her correctly. If you look at her record, my Mimi has not taken many drugs. And when she does, she doesn... read more
