Their customer service and their ability of making you feel comfortable is superior compared to other dentist practices. Dr. McPhail knows that I need to be distracted in order to stay calm, so she talks to me while she carefully works on my teeth. She is extremely kind, compassionate, and funny too! They are all so very sweet, kind, professional and gentle. The dentists, dental assistants and the hygienists listen to the patients. The ladies each explain what is going to happen with each procedure and test. They make you feel calm, comfortable and as laid back as possible.
Great service and great dentist they take the time to listen. I absolutely adore the place.
