I was blown away by the unprofessionalism and total lack of customer service. I guess I was a bother by checking in for my appointment with the front desk bc I interrupted her watching a show on her phone. Then I was handed 10 pages of paper work to fill out. They gave me a whole 15 seconds to complete them before calling me back where I had to finish them while trying to speak to the medical assistant. I liked the office location. The doctor is very nice and professional. I had to wait an hour and a half before seeing her. I was over charged for the services I received that day. The office visit was earlier this year and I am still waiting for a refund. The office was guessing from a piece of paper on what my portion was for the office visit and the freezing of some spots. It was the worst! I waited an hour: I was over charged. She seemed under the influence of something. She uses a 3rd party for billing but doesn’t allow them to handle her money and refunds. She does not provide refunds once you see your EOB and what insurance pays. I work in the medical field and this was the most atrocious, unprofessional experience I’ve ever had or seen. How she’s maintained her medical license is beyond me.

Literally the worst office. You'll wait for an hour in the waiting room and then another 45 minutes in the exam room.

My visits were with the PA which were fine. HOWEVER, their acctg practices are awful. They required full deductible prior to any treatment, even though I knew I had met some or all of my deductible. So of course 3 months later I still do NOT have my return $$$. They told me it could take up to 8 weeks. This is absolutely absurd. I would not recommend this practice just because of this.

Dr Warthan's staff called to reschedule my cosmetic dermatology appointment with her the week before my appointment date because she was going on vacation. Her practice seems to be very cancer focused and her staff didn't otherwise have much information on their services besides shave and punch biopsies. They weren't very interested in discussing scar minimization even and I am probably not going to give them another chance. My doctor was Dr. Marinero. His care was great and his staff were excellent. However, my last visit with him was in May 20 20. The office overbilled mean $623.41. To date they have not communicated with me about this issue nor have they sent me any kind of payment. Very unprofessional. I am currently in contact with the Texas medical board about this issue.

Very disappointed in my appointment! Very rushed! Thought I was getting a full body exam. Half my body wasn’t looked at and the rest of my body was glanced at in around 60 seconds?! Specifically asked for a female doctor and got a male doctor?! Not very friendly or informative. Worst doctors visit in my life! The areas weren’t even wiped clean before numbing needle or before procedure? Seriously??? Unreal!!! I Will not go back there!
