Very disappointed in my appointment! Very rushed! Thought I was getting a full body exam. Half my body wasn’t looked at and the rest of my body was glanced at in around 60 seconds?! Specifically asked for a female doctor and got a male doctor?! Not very friendly or informative. Worst doctors visit in my life! The areas weren’t even wiped clean before numbing needle or before procedure? Seriously??? Unreal!!! I Will not go back there!
She was VERY rushed, she spent less than 5 min with me and I didn’t get most of my questions answered. I felt like I was wasting her time. I do not recommend her as a dermatologist.
Our family has been going to Warthan Dermatolgy for years. After the PA (who was fantastic) left we were sent to Dr. Marino. He and the rest of the staff are awful. We never even see Dr. Warthan . Recently we arrived for our appointment and then wanted in the room for 35 minutes for Dr. Marino, he came in and took off his mask (he said don't worry about it). I like Dr Wartham however her staff overcharged me by over $750 (a deductible which did not apply) in October and still in late January has not refunded to me. This has been verified by insurance company and Dr Wartham’s offsite billing office. Watch your check book and credit card at her office!
I had an appointment on 9/4/19 and was charged a copay in error. The office acknowledges I was charged in error, but on the numerous occasions I have called and talked to the office manager over the past 15 months I am told the doctor who issues checks is on medical leave and will not release my funds. There are multiple reviews just like mine on other sites. If you decide to use this place, make sure your billing is correct before you pay.
Don't count on what they say they will do. This practice does not follow through with it.
I had an appointment for a full body it was a waist of time! Dr Marinaro spent 2 min on me . I had one of the best dermatologist in North Texas in the past it does nor even compare!!! Next time I will do private pay and go back to the very best will not waist my time!
Dr. Warthan was an hour late to my appointment. Her services are overpriced. I’m not happy with the outcome of my procedure. I do not believe she offers best in class service. I would never recommend her.
I scheduled 3 months in advance to ensure that my appointment was with Dr. Warthan, as I wanted a female provider. When I arrive to the appointment, office staff informed me that she was not at work. I had an appointment with the female PA, which I was fine with another provider but the exam was less than adequate. The office makes you pay in full at the time of the visit.
