Wait time to see doctor way too long. Two visits and almost an hour wait each and my last time.

Their computers were down so my last appointment took 2 hours. 3/4 of that time is just waiting in the evaluation room and in the waiting room, however that is always the case. Every time I call to make sure my prescription is sent to the right pharmacy (it saves me $150 compared to the one this office suggests) the women who answer the phone usually sound irritated and I can never seem to get a hold of "triage" to get my prescription squared away.

Can't do zero stars. . .left this practice (no need to explain why) it was just time. The Dr. (Mandy) called to ask me why I was leaving. The call was at most three minutes. I really thought nothing of it other than good business practice. To my DISMAY, she billed my insurance company for that call. BILLED ME FOR AN UNSOLICITED CALL. We've been back and forth for months now. In this time she served us with a cease and desist because we want answers and we want this "questionable" fee/practi

Dr. Is always overbooked. Is way to busy to spend time with patients. I was there for cyst and full check up and she gave me no more than 2 minutes on initial exam. Did have her remove on cyst. I had others removed in past by other doctors and she "butchered" me be comparison. Refuses to do multiple things per visit

Read all of the reviews of Warthan Dermatology. They all have a common thread. Worthan is only concerned about getting your money. They treat patients poorly. Do not go to Warthan Dermatology. There are many other options

I went here for a general skin check based off the recommendation of a co-worker. When scheduling they took my insurance information. Upon arrival they confirmed they checked with my insurance and that I have a deductible to meet so my out of pocket expense was over $100 just for the skin check. It would have been nice for office staff to call ahead the day before or once checked with insurance to know that I would be out of pocket that expense. I would have rescheduled my appt to 1st of year.

I went to see Dr. Warthan today and left with a very bad experience. Upon entering her office, I was met with two cabinets full of cosmetic products. It gave me an impression that her main emphasis was not treating patients with skin problems, but to sell things. What was more outrageous was that Dr. Warthan spent less than a minute with me for my problem! She seemed not wanting to talk to me any longer than absolutely necessary and was eager to walk out. What a shame!

Rude communication by office personnel, hardly any communication by Dr. Warthan; she comes into the room, hardly speaks, and before you know it, really after just a minute or so, she is gone and there is no way you have the opportunity to ask a question. As a patient just for a normal check up, you feel you are only there to pay the bill,m no service offered. Needless to say, that I of any of my family members will go there again.
