Every thing was fine but I wish that when you do lab work and it comes back negative that you would let me know the results
Paid $ up front for surgery that never took place. Was told I would receive a full refund, but received partial refund. Was told the other $ was used to cover prolonged service w/o contact. My insurance denied the claim and I'm still fighting it. Also charged my cc and tried to charge my hsa for a visit, but never sent a bill they just charged my card. Office is not easy to work with. Billing office takes days to get in touch with. Been waiting over four days for med. records to call me.
Wait time was long . Then took me back to consultation room to wait for over an hour and 20 minutes. Then Dr. Warthan just stuck her head in and told me to come back in a week. Never seemed to have time to come in, sit down with you. Just always left nurses to do everything. Staff was rude-and not-friendly. Paid my co-pays each visit. Now after 3 months received another bill which staff stated it was for some sort of co-pay. Very disappointed. Will look for new Dermatologist.
Have now had 3 appt. be over an hour late getting in and then have to wait longer in exam room. On last appt. patients who came in after me and obviously had appt time after me were seen first. Also billing has been an issue as I have already met my out of pocket for the year and they continue to ask for a copay at the front desk. This then requires me to contact my insurance company to get this solved.
Each time there was long wait in waiting room and in consultation room also. When dr came in each time she seemed very overwhelmed and was only with me for under 1 minute. I did not feel that my time was as important as hers I will be finding a new dermatologist. It could have been a bad day the first visit but it was exactly the same experience the second time
Absolute WORST experience with a doctor's office in my entire life! They sent me bills for "research" for a new drug...that I did NOT ask for nor authorize!!! There was no office visit...these bills came out of nowhere and no one ever told me about them until they arrived! Then when I tried to reason with them...they sent late fees of $100 for each of 4 bills...yes...$400 late fees for a bill of $107...which I didn't owe to begin with!
Staff is friendly but service not so great. Not confident in the care given at any of my 3 apts. Instructions not clearly given by anyone other than the nurse who removed my cyst, thankfully! Last visit when I walked into the room I immediately noticed an uncapped, used needle sitting out on the magazine table. I was in disbelief that it was just left there. I contacted office by email 3 wks ago to be discreet but was never contacted. Called in regards to refund owed 4 days ago and still nothing
Bad experience, I would not recommend and will not return.
Wait time to see doctor way too long. Two visits and almost an hour wait each and my last time.
