I like Dr Wartham however her staff overcharged me by over $750 (a deductible which did not apply) in October and still in late January has not refunded to me. This has been verified by insurance company and Dr Wartham’s offsite billing office. Watch your check book and credit card at her office!
I had an appointment on 9/4/19 and was charged a copay in error. The office acknowledges I was charged in error, but on the numerous occasions I have called and talked to the office manager over the past 15 months I am told the doctor who issues checks is on medical leave and will not release my funds. There are multiple reviews just like mine on other sites. If you decide to use this place, make sure your billing is correct before you pay.
Don't count on what they say they will do. This practice does not follow through with it.
I had an appointment for a full body it was a waist of time! Dr Marinaro spent 2 min on me . I had one of the best dermatologist in North Texas in the past it does nor even compare!!! Next time I will do private pay and go back to the very best will not waist my time!
Dr. Warthan was an hour late to my appointment. Her services are overpriced. I’m not happy with the outcome of my procedure. I do not believe she offers best in class service. I would never recommend her.
I scheduled 3 months in advance to ensure that my appointment was with Dr. Warthan, as I wanted a female provider. When I arrive to the appointment, office staff informed me that she was not at work. I had an appointment with the female PA, which I was fine with another provider but the exam was less than adequate. The office makes you pay in full at the time of the visit. do not go here!! the doctor will charge your insurance company for test / services that were not performed. also if you used a credit / debit card they will add more charges months after you have seen them. so if you have gone here keep an eye on your insurance claims and your credit / debit card Bill's. after talking with the people on the phone they said that dr mandy is notorious on doing that. so beware on going to this practice.
Every thing was fine but I wish that when you do lab work and it comes back negative that you would let me know the results
Paid $ up front for surgery that never took place. Was told I would receive a full refund, but received partial refund. Was told the other $ was used to cover prolonged service w/o contact. My insurance denied the claim and I'm still fighting it. Also charged my cc and tried to charge my hsa for a visit, but never sent a bill they just charged my card. Office is not easy to work with. Billing office takes days to get in touch with. Been waiting over four days for med. records to call me.
