Everything went smooth, better than I expected honestly. The iv didn't hurt at all and I felt like I was out a minute after it was put in. I've felt no pain and here I am on day 3 after my surgery, feeling great.
I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed but Dr. Mahill and the other staff made me feel totally relaxed and answered all my questions going in so that I felt prepared. Would definitely recommend! Thank you guys!
Went in to get my wisdom teeth removed, all 4. The staff was friendly and quick and the procedure was very well explained beforehand and was painless! :) easy recovery, all in all a great experience! Would recommend to anyone. 👏🏻
Friendly, considerate, helpful from the first phone call. Staff and Doctor answered all my questions and made the process as painless as possible. I will praise and recommend their services to anyone in need of oral surgery.
A++ for the surgery, the kindness and great care. I will definitely recommend Dr.Jong and Dr. Gill. However, the office staff changed our surgery appointment/location 3 times in as many days, and it does not engender confidence to have the administrative staff be so confused and disorganized.
Everyone was so nice and helpful on surgery day. They made sure I was comfortable and that I understood all the little things they were doing, i.e putting on monitors, gas mask etc. They were very efficient and quick, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Recovery has been easy and relatively pain-free.
Very comfortable and relaxing surgery. My veins roll horribly (jump away from needles), but Dr. Hong inserted the needle for my anesthesia painlessly on the first attempt--yaay! I was given a nice blanket and made to feel homey and peaceful. Before I knew it, they were very patiently waking me up and saying I could now go home--with my daughter to drive me. I had such a great experience with all the staff. They all were very friendly from the time I booked my appointment. I met Dr Hong first, but Dr J (can't remember the spelling) was the one who did my surgery, I was very nervous the day of, but the assistant and Dr J assured me everything would be fine, the procedure was all done in about 1 hr and my recovery was way better than the time befor I had the same procedure done at another clinic.
I was very apprehensive when I first went there but the Staff made me very comfortable and after meeting Dr. Hong I was very confident and my procedure was done with care
