They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable and easy to relax in while I waited for my appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I left this appointment feeling completely misunderstood and unimportant to Dr. Hong which was confusing because normally he is very attentive. As an oral surgeon he is exceptional but when I came back for help after the implant was placed with pain that could not be explained, I found him to be cold and non receptive to my concerns. He spent more time arguing and debating the feelings I am experiencing rather than helping me find a solution. I left feeling bereft and frustrated.
Oral surgery is not something a person looks forward to, but Dr Hong and his staff are wonderful! They are great at answering questions, they are efficient, kind, and run on schedule. Your comfort is important to them. Everything went really well.
Very friendly staff and Dr.Hong was excellent. I was nervous about my surgery but he put me at ease and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Dr. Hong and his staff.
I was able to get a consultation appointment and surgery scheduled for my son in the same week. Staff and doctor were very friendly and professional. All four of my sons wisdom teeth will be removed. Everyone was freindly and professional. One thing that I was disappointed with was they couldn't call me before my consultation to tell me I didn't have any money left on my insurance for the year. Instead I went through all the pre surgery producal and them found out that I was going to be paying in full if I have it done this year. Also I had to call and ask them before my appointment if they got my xrays from my dentist instead of them already doing it.
