Our experience with Dr. J. Hong and staff was the same as last time. excellent. Our older daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and all went smoothly and the staff was not only pleasant to work with but very professional. This time our ten year old had to have oral surgery and the experience, was non traumatic and she came home with no bad memory or negative feelings which is important as this could set a bad feeling towards dentist that could last a lifetime. Thanks to Dr. Hong and his excellent staff for a great job!

From the moment I walked through the door my trepidation was quieted. The waiting room is clean and professional yet warm and comfortable. Dr. Hong and his staff provided excellent service. Dr. Hong was very complete in his explanation of the procedure. I am confident that in the hands of a very skilled surgeon like Dr. Jong the healing time is greatly reduced. My procedure was completed in the Marysville office. Very capable staff all around. Dr. Hong has terrific people skills, did a good job of explaining everything and the results are great.
Dr. Hong and his entire staff deserve the highest marks I can give them! The minute you walk in the door the friendliness and warmth begins. The ladies at the reception desk enjoy helping you, answering any questions you might have. If they don't have the answer, they will find it for you.
