Fantastic job and very quick. Value and speed of service second to none. Great job.
Previously quoted £900 for a watch repair via another high street jeweller. Took a chance and dropped it into Watch Lab who covered it with a standard service for well less than half that. Process explained and was kept informed of progress along the way, with clear notification of if there were to be any additional charges - very clear and straightforward. Watch back today after 6 weeks or so - roughly as planned Fantastic service.
This company ‘Ticked’ all the right boxes! Service from the staff in particular Chris was excellent. This was a watch with great sentimental value and they fully understood this and offered reassurance all along the way! We have used their services before and highly recommend them for workmanship and value. Additionally, all the staff are very pleasant & personable. Thanks ☺️
Great repair job on my 10 year old watch, managed to find a matching strap for the replacement and fix the chronograph, all put on a faster timeline at my request to be ready for a special occasion

Longine watch under 2yr workmanship Guarantee but had rattling sound. Sent back twice to fix but was given lame excuse that it's fine and working. I argued watches don't rattle!! Still a problem, got fobbed off, nothing I can do. Will never use service again - unreliable. Guarantee is worthless
Very expensive, tried to sell me a £600 overhaul for my Omega when all I wanted was a simple repair
