I have only praise for the service I received from Sam at the Cardiff Kiosk. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He fully explained the process, including the possible cost, should my watch need to be forwarded to Omega Switzerland for a specialist service, as indeed it was. We will certainly use The WATCH Lab again for any of our watches. Peter B
From start to finish was very impressed with the service. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful at both the stall in the city centre and the workshop when contacted. Superb workmanship and thoroughly recommend them.
I was not happy with the replacement of the mainspring because within two weeks the watch stopped after a few hours. However, I returned it and it has kept time beautifully ever since. The two young men on duty at bluewater could not be more helpful. Over I am very pleased with the service given.
I was delighted to have my watch back after about 8 weeks (I was aware that it would take that long). However, I put it on and it immediately fell off, one of the pins fell out of the bracelet. I will take it in again when I can. It did cost nearly £400 for the repair. The service in the shop was fine, no problems. Thanks Mike

I was very disappointed that the necklace I gave to be fixed came back unfixed and no resolution on how it can be fixed. I also don’t receive an email telling me that it had been returned. I just decided to go in and check as it had been some time. I am however hoping that this time, the team can attempt to re think on what can be done as I have given them an idea of what to do! Let’s see…

Previously quoted £900 for a watch repair via another high street jeweller. Took a chance and dropped it into Watch Lab who covered it with a standard service for well less than half that. Process explained and was kept informed of progress along the way, with clear notification of if there were to be any additional charges - very clear and straightforward. Watch back today after 6 weeks or so - roughly as planned Fantastic service.
This company ‘Ticked’ all the right boxes! Service from the staff in particular Chris was excellent. This was a watch with great sentimental value and they fully understood this and offered reassurance all along the way! We have used their services before and highly recommend them for workmanship and value. Additionally, all the staff are very pleasant & personable. Thanks ☺️
