Happy place to live Spacious and affordable, location is awesome and community is quiet. Leasing was seamless and the staff was very helpful and patient

Great location The location is great and they have all new gym equipment which is great. The pool is also beautiful and staff is top notch

Peace of mind!! I’ve been here for two years .. it’s been great so far, so quiet and peaceful. Office mgt Mariana and Noreen are d best to talk to!! Love them!

Great Place to call home Overall although the community is older it is a great place to live. The community is clean and well kept and the location is great with some awesome schools. The staff and maintenance are on top of things and address any concerns as soon as possible. There is ample parking and they are pet-friendly.

Great Place to call home I have lived at the apartment community for 2 years and have loved it. I have a great space and everything is kept clean. The staff is wonderful and always available.

I would very... (Verified Renter) I would very highly recommend this apartment complex. Everyone is is friendly, courteous and helpful. The maintenance crew is totally amazing. Every time there was some type of issue, it was handled in a timely manner. They are quick, very efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. They very much care about your issues. Highly recommend Waterford Place community.
