Love the compassion and knowledge of the staff! We've been taking our fur-babies there since we moved to Fresno 7 years ago and they treat our cats and dogs as if they were their own. No matter if we have an emergency or annual exams we know we're receiving great care.
In the last 3 months, my eldest cat had pancreatitis, my new puppy was diagnosed with a liver shunt and last week we put my other cat down at their office. We have worked with Dr Eid, who is exceptional, as well as dr stopinski, and dr shrieber. Last week a Dr Williams did the procedure to put my kitty Milo to sleep, she was so sweet and at one point it even seemed like she was emotional with us. This was the kindest and most caring vet I've ever been to. We unfortunately had to put my cat down and I can't even say without tearing up how sweet the staff and Doctor was. Very grateful Chester got to be taken care of by the best before he passed. 🖤
When my normal vet wasn’t even answering the phone, Waterhouse in Clovis was there. I wasn’t going to be able to take the appointment they offered me due to having to be home for distancing learning. They were so understanding and told me to just drop my dog off in the morning when I could, and they would take a look at her and get back to me later in the day. I just love Dr Kristin McIntyre! I have complete faith in her. We just had my little Honey Bee operated on. Dental and an umbilical hernia. She’s resting now. The staff is wonderful, kind, very professional. I highly recommend this vet! Sophie, our Maltese also has been cared for there. Along with William the chihuahua. Henry aka Kitty is next! The best vet I’ve ever been to! Top notch! 🐶🐾💜
