We were devastated when our fur baby Bruno was diagnosed with IVDD. We saw Dr. KT for a second opinion, her professionalism and compassion quickly put our worries to ease, and we knew Waterhouse was the best place for Bruno’s treatment and recovery. I can’t thank Dr. KT and Doreen enough, you are truly angels in my book.
I have NEVER had to wait to get an appt and if it's an emergency they have squeezed my girls in. They are compassionate, friendy, knowledgeable. I love that we started there. No regrets.
Their services is excellent! Pebbles has been a patient there for years, they are all so caring and loving toward my fur-baby as she had multiple health issues. Today, was one of the hardest days because I had to put my baby to sleep. Thank you Waterhouse for all you have done for my little pebbles and can’t wait to have her ashes home with me soon. 💔

Love the staff. Love Dr Waterhouse. Took my Maddie here for nearly 10 years. They are very thorough, lay out options for treatment and will spend time with you in the exam room to answer all questions. Sincerely appreciated Dr Waterhouse coming to our home for euthanasia services and giving me all the time I needed with my love. Very compassionate people here. ❤️ I will be back, when I’m ready for another pet.

The only place we take our Nero who is a handful of a very large Great Dane. They do the most amazing job with his care, and also his procedures and follow ups! Thank you all (to all the staff and doctors and surgeons) for taking care of our big baby!
Today was my first time here. I was referred by a friend and was skeptical after using the same vet for years. After not getting answers from my vet, I decided to come in for a second opinion and I AM SO GLAD I DID. They made sure to be very thorough while also making sure my mutt was as comfortable as possible, giving her little treats through the entire visit and making sure to give thorough explanations. Needless to say, we will be back and I will be bringing our other 2 dogs as well!
