I’ve been taking my dogs to Waterhouse since I moved here in 2010. It’s easy to be seen quickly. They are so compassionate and knowledgeable. Shout out to Dr. Page as she is always so thorough, friendly, and relatable.
They are extremely welcoming, very respectful and treat my fur baby like she’s their own. I highly recommend to come here. I have never had a bad experience.
Everyone was so kind and friendly and most of all they treated my cat Jones like he was their buddy too. I’m grateful to the doctors and staff for keeping my babies healthy! 😺😻😸
We were devastated when our fur baby Bruno was diagnosed with IVDD. We saw Dr. KT for a second opinion, her professionalism and compassion quickly put our worries to ease, and we knew Waterhouse was the best place for Bruno’s treatment and recovery. I can’t thank Dr. KT and Doreen enough, you are truly angels in my book.
I have NEVER had to wait to get an appt and if it's an emergency they have squeezed my girls in. They are compassionate, friendy, knowledgeable. I love that we started there. No regrets.
Their services is excellent! Pebbles has been a patient there for years, they are all so caring and loving toward my fur-baby as she had multiple health issues. Today, was one of the hardest days because I had to put my baby to sleep. Thank you Waterhouse for all you have done for my little pebbles and can’t wait to have her ashes home with me soon. 💔

Love the staff. Love Dr Waterhouse. Took my Maddie here for nearly 10 years. They are very thorough, lay out options for treatment and will spend time with you in the exam room to answer all questions. Sincerely appreciated Dr Waterhouse coming to our home for euthanasia services and giving me all the time I needed with my love. Very compassionate people here. ❤️ I will be back, when I’m ready for another pet.
