I needed a place with weekend or evening hours to get the dogs' nails trimmed, and this place is amazing. The staff is attentive and caring, and the dogs weren't freaking out. They're a full service vet.
I love taking my fur babies to Waterhouse! They treat your pet like it's their own pet!
We have several cats, and they take excellent care of them. They are always professional in front and back offices.
The vets are great. High quality, well read and great with the pets. The office staff and techs are also kind and compassionate. I have been very satisfied.
I've been trying for months and months to find someone to help me with my Lucy's nail trim. She's terrified of it and I've had multiple groomers refuse to do it because she freaks out so badly. Waterhouse worked with her and took their time. I'm so grateful for Natalie and the other staff members who restored my hope in Lucy's ability to undergo a nail trim! I was at my wit's end about it. THANK YOU, WATERHOUSE!!

Amazing employees!!!!! They care, they listen & they truly have luv for the smallest of creatures! This hospital has amazingly advanced knowledge and equipment too!
