I've been trying for months and months to find someone to help me with my Lucy's nail trim. She's terrified of it and I've had multiple groomers refuse to do it because she freaks out so badly. Waterhouse worked with her and took their time. I'm so grateful for Natalie and the other staff members who restored my hope in Lucy's ability to undergo a nail trim! I was at my wit's end about it. Amazing employees!!!!! They care, they listen & they truly have luv for the smallest of creatures! This hospital has amazingly advanced knowledge and equipment too!

So happy we found this place....very comfortable...we have a problem dog...shes a sweetheart but resists being poked and prodded....they had no problems with her..I am going to take my senior dog in next.
