We have been going here for years, and the doctors and staff are wonderful, just like family.
Freya had her first visit here today. Dan was amazing, the receptionist were super friendly and the place was clean and professional. Would definitely recommend to others and will most likely be taking my cats here now too.

My daughters Bassett broke its back and she came in with him as an emergency based patient. The vet and her staff both hands on staff and clerical were excellent. They were so caring to her dog and to us. Needless to say he had to be put down. They give her time with him even though their office hours were coming to a close. It's too bad those that care for us humans don't have the caring and compassion these professionals do!

I couldn't get into the vet we switched to and my dogs were really sick for 4 days I called Waterville they got me right in ! Customer service was excellent and the dr was excellent as well ! We finally got answers and medicine and both dogs are starting to feel better and relief , definitely switching back to Waterville !
